We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for ME & Africa, reporting to the Sales Manager, to join the Commercial department within the IMEA organization.

The position holder is responsible for managing relationships with assigned clients, ensuring the achievement of top-line targets for revenue, gross margin, profit, and cash flow within the designated area. This role operates in alignment with the objectives and strategic guidelines set by the Sales Manager, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned territories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement commercial plans and programs to achieve Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Mix targets for the assigned area, contributing to key initiatives and working closely with Safilo’s key functions, partners, and clients.
  • Manage the assigned distributors, collecting and analyzing insights to translate them into commercial actions and projects aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving profitable growth.
  • Identify and propose to the Sales Manager new opportunities with key accounts and retailers to expand Safilos brand presence.
  • Drive Safilo brands’ sell-out activities, visibility, and portfolio development for the assigned area.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Support the Sales Manager in sales planning to optimize forecasts and volume allocation for assigned brands in line with business targets.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to strengthen market presence and brand perception.
  • Support the evolution of digital B2B strategies across assigned markets and channels, leveraging technology to enhance the company’s commercial proposition.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in similar role, eyewear industry activity is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities to manage business relationships effectively..
  • A combined background in client management and marketing.
  • Product/collection/brand competence and knowledge
  • Category management & merchandising expertise to drive sell out
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to different cultural environments.
  • Fluently in English
  • MS office.
