Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within the sales department, responsible for streamlining processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. The position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage various sales-related tasks and act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and appointments to optimize efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional and sales materials.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Compile and analyze sales data to support team strategy and decision-making.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure data integrity within CRM systems.
  • Support sales representatives with product or service information and logistics coordination.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for inventory management.
  • Facilitate vendor and client communication for seamless business transactions.
  • Track and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in forecasting sales trends and developing strategies for market penetration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for handling multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Detail-oriented approach with an aptitude for accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
