Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process. This position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks, liaising between departments, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. The Sales Coordinator must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. They play a vital role in the follow-up of sales leads and the maintenance of customer accounts. The Sales Coordinator will also assist in the preparation of sales reports, ensure that all sales orders are processed promptly, and provide exceptional support to both the sales team and customers.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing promotional presentations and sales reports.
  • Process orders via email or phone and diligently follow up as required.
  • Manage sales-related inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures in sales operations.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records with high accuracy.
  • Communicate with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist management in establishing key performance indicators and sales targets.
  • Prepare and manage accurate sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure timely collection and feedback on customer satisfaction and service improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in their daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to facilitate promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in similar sales administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales projects timely and efficiently.
  • Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy commitment.
  • Familiarity with sales databases and CRM tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
