Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, providing essential coordination and support to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. Your primary responsibility will include aiding the sales team in achieving sales targets through organized and efficient handling of sales operations. You will act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, managing communications and ensuring customer satisfaction. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. You will also handle administrative duties, including sales reporting, database management, and preparing sales materials. Your contribution will help drive our sales initiatives forward and enhance customer relations.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the sales team's daily activities to ensure peak efficiency.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the sales team and internal departments.
  • Maintain client databases and ensure all sales records are up to date.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Assist sales representatives with client communications and follow-ups as required.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Help resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage inventory levels and support in product distribution logistics.
  • Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings and organizing sales events.
  • Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and legal standards.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the sales process through innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotional and advertising initiatives to boost sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through on tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
