Job Description

The Sales Coordinator position is a critical role within our dynamic sales team, acting as the lynchpin between sales representatives, clients, and various internal departments. As a Sales Coordinator, you will facilitate the seamless execution of sales operations to ensure maximized productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to ensure smooth operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales transactions through CRM systems and databases.
  • Liaise between sales team and other departments to facilitate order processing.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events for the team.
  • Track customer orders and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
  • Provide administrative support by handling correspondence and client inquiries.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members and training them on processes.
  • Maintain inventory of sales materials and ensure adequate stock levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
