Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role within the sales team, acting as a pivotal link between customers, sales representatives, and the company's internal operations. This position involves managing and facilitating communication with clients, processing sales orders, and providing administrative support to the sales team to help achieve sales targets. The Sales Coordinator must be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to efficiently manage client relationships and sales activities. Enthusiastic and proactive, the Sales Coordinator significantly contributes to the seamless execution of the sales process and customer satisfaction. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, adeptly handling multiple tasks, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Create and manage sales documentation to ensure smooth sales transactions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
  • Facilitate smooth internal communication between sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor sales performance and report discrepancies to the sales manager.
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and team events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
  • Assist in managing sales campaigns and promotional events effectively.
  • Ensure prompt processing and delivery of customer orders and inquiries.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales or coordination role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
  • Experience with CRM software or sales management tools is highly desirable.
