Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing financial services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, strong communication skills and a good understanding of both the Indian and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with clients.
• Understand client financial planning needs and introduce suitable solutions.
• Schedule meetings with senior consultants when required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
• Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
• Stay updated on market trends and company offerings.

• Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (financial services, insurance, banking, investments or related industries preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian and UAE markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
