Job Description

  • Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for collaterals, requisitions, and invoicing.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of marketing content in collaboration with the Content Creation team.
  • Provide administrative support for Sales initiatives, including proposals, contracts, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with marketing and sales-related projects across the resort.
  • Ensure all external and internal communications align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, sales trackers, and internal platforms such as OASYS.
  • Manage the timely submission of RFQs, invoices, and payments to vendors and partners.
  • Support the organization of events, photoshoots, activations, and client site inspections.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials and branded collateral across departments.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions with creative, actionable input.
  • Maintain well-organized folders, sales documents, templates, and digital asset libraries using file management best practices.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Experience in sales/marketing within a luxury or 5-star hotel
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/software systems
