Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client accounts, fostering relationships and driving growth through exceptional customer service, strategic planning, and effective communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies, resolve client issues, and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products. Your role is crucial in retaining existing business, securing new accounts, and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company. Passionate about customer satisfaction, you will ensure clients receive timely and efficient support, further enhancing their experience and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with product or service information and updates regularly.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account status and growth potentials.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on business goals.
  • Assist in product launch activities and promotional campaigns as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
  • Set and achieve sales targets as part of the overall sales objectives.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account receivables effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role for two years.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and customer relationship management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software platforms mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
