Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our company's growth strategy, responsible for managing and expanding client relationships while driving sales performance. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and present product or service enhancements that support clients' needs. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the capability to influence decision-makers. An integral part of your role is to ensure each account is receiving attention and is on a path to continuous growth, ensuring long-term partnerships that benefit both clients and the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to maintain and enhance client relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to meet growth targets.
  • Develop and deliver personalized presentations that address client needs and solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements to successfully close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of services.
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate market shifts and advise clients accordingly.
  • Create comprehensive account plans to forecast sales and track performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on client activities and sales progress.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision makers to facilitate ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to build professional relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client feedback and implementing improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management with a track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for client interaction.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to manage client data.
  • Ability to work independently while integrating with a team-focused environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
