  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations in sales processes.
  • Support the development of junior sales staff through mentorship and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics and trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
