Job Description

The Retail Operations Executive is crucial to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of retail companies. This role requires an individual who can navigate the complexities of retail environments with precision and foresight. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth operation of retail outlets and manage the business strategies in line with company policies. Responsibilities

  • Manage retail operations and ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures that improve efficiency and customer service.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide operational reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory management teams for optimal stock levels.
  • Lead and mentor store managers to enhance their leadership and retail management skills.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations at all retail outlets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns and assess their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility in stores.
  • Manage customer feedback processes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop training programs that enhance sales skills and operational knowledge among staff.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial performance to meet profitability benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of improving retail operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interaction with diverse corporate and store teams.
  • Availability to travel for store visits, inspections, and corporate meetings as needed.
