Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management:
• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor quality of food, presentation, and service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Staff Management:
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Interact with customers to gain feedback and improve service.
• Financial Management:
• Monitor and control budgets, costs, and inventory.
• Analyze sales and financial data to optimize profitability.
• Process payroll and oversee cash handling procedures.
• Marketing & Promotions:
• Collaborate on local marketing efforts, events, and promotions.
• Maintain the restaurant’s image and brand reputation.
  

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
• Understanding of restaurant health, safety, and food handling standards.
