A Reservation Agent plays a crucial role in the hospitality and travel industry, ensuring seamless booking and reservation experiences for customers. Responsibilities

  • Process adjustments, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
  • Maintain updated records of all bookings and transactions.

  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new reservation staff members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
