Role Summary:

The Replenishment Associate is an integral member of the retail team at GMG, responsible for ensuring that our shelves and inventory are consistently stocked to meet the demands of our customers. This role involves close collaboration with store management and other team members to maintain optimal stock levels and enhance the shopping experience. The Replenishment Associate plays a key role in supporting sales operations and ensuring that product displays are attractive and accessible.

Key Responsibilities for a Replenishment Associate:

  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Organise and set up shelves and displays in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to manage product deliveries and transfers efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate labelling and pricing of products on the sales floor.
  • Assist customers with locating products and answering queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies and report any discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills Needed for a Replenishment Associate:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or inventory management is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical capability to lift and move stock, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
