The Relationship Manager is a key player in bridging the gap between our organization and our valued clients. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to communicate product value and benefits.
  • Monitor client interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide timely reports and feedback to management regarding client progress and status.
  • Conduct reviews of client accounts to identify areas of improvement or expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven track record in sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored business solutions.
  • Competence in preparing and delivering engaging presentations to clients.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and inform decision-making processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software to track and manage client interactions is advantageous.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to exceptional client service standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
