Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Officer to join our dynamic team.   • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior operations staff to enhance their performance.
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments and divisions.
  • Identify opportunities for technology integration to improve organizational processes.
  • Lead change management efforts for operational process modifications and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in an operations management role is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and mentorship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
