Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing quality care and enhancing patient experiences within our state-of-the-art medical facility. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' health conditions by conducting thorough physical examinations and obtaining medical history.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with prescribed guidelines and protocols.
  • Monitor and document patients' responses and progress to treatments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to plan and implement holistic patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and managing chronic illnesses.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results to inform clinical decisions and care modifications.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients, addressing concerns and queries compassionately.
  • Adhere to infection control policies while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Participate in continuous professional development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and nursing assistants, providing guidance as required.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies, performing life-saving interventions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Current and valid DHA license for professional practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working in a clinical environment.
  • Strong proficiency in nursing practices, procedures, and medical documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
