Job Description

As a Registered Nurse with a DHA license, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and nursing services within healthcare settings. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and medical attention to patients in accordance with physician directives.
  • Assess patients' conditions and communicate findings to the healthcare team promptly.
  • Develop nursing care plans to manage patients’ health demands and improve outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as per the prescribed medical protocols.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and notify medical staff of any critical changes.
  • Ensure infection control policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions and care processes.
  • Assist in minor surgical procedures and patient diagnostic examinations as required.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records systematically.
  • Respond to emergencies swiftly, providing first aid and life support if necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care activities.
  • Stay current with nursing trends and practices by participating in ongoing training sessions.

Requirements

  • Valid DHA license to practice as a Registered Nurse within the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of clinical operations and patient care techniques.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse patients.
