Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Aesthetic Surgery to join our dynamic medical team. As a Registered Nurse in our clinic, you will be responsible for providing outstanding patient care before, during, and after aesthetic procedures. You will collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure safety and achieve the desired outcomes for each patient. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional assessment and communication skills, with a deep understanding of surgical procedures involving aesthetics. You must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice. Responsibilities

  • Assess and document patient health before and after aesthetic surgery procedures.
  • Assist surgeons during aesthetic surgical operations in a sterile environment.
  • Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all surgical equipment is available and sterilized.
  • Provide pre-operative and postoperative care, including monitoring patient recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families about post-surgical care and expected outcomes.
  • Manage and administer medications as per hospital protocols and patient needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records and document all nursing actions performed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patients for signs of postoperative complications and act immediately if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality laws.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to keep abreast of best practices in aesthetic nursing.
  • Assist with administrative and clinic management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in aesthetic or surgical settings.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program is required.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with diverse patients.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations effectively and professionally.
