Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support within a fast-paced medical setting. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation of patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management practices and disease prevention.
  • Implement and adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist in medical procedures and examinations administered by healthcare professionals.
  • Provide compassionate support and assistance to patients and their families during their healthcare journey.
  • Promote a positive and healing environment for patients through effective communication and empathy.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and care delivery.
  • Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.

Requirements

  • Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of nursing practices, principles, and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in using medical technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to continuous education and professional development in nursing.
