We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team in providing top-notch medical care to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the effective delivery of care while advocating for patients and their families. An essential part of this role is to uphold quality nursing standards and contribute to enhancing the overall patient experience. Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Develop care plans that promote patient health and address individual needs.
• Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient documentation and records.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
• Assist in surgical procedures and other medical interventions as required.
• Operate medical equipment and assist with diagnostic procedures.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and referrals to ensure care continuity.
• Participate in developing and implementing clinical practice guidelines.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development activities.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical practice experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently.
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications.
• Proficient in the use of medical software and electronic health records systems.
