We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients while working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the health and recovery of patients through the implementation of nursing care plans. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to establish and implement effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians accurately and safely.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and evaluate patient care strategies.
• Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
• Provide intravenous therapy and wound care following established protocols.
• Assist in medical procedures and coordinate with other health professionals as necessary.
• Ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment in the unit.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with all safety standards.
• Advocate for patients to enhance their access to healthcare services and resources.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first-line care interventions.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure with the state Board of Nursing is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an associate degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in clinical communication, patient assessment, and care coordination.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing practice laws, and regulations.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and handle emergency situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to delivering patient-centered care.
