Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality medical services. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure that all aspects of treatment are met. You will be responsible for assessing patients' health problems, developing nursing care plans, and maintaining detailed patient records. Our facility provides a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, which requires a proactive approach to managing patient needs and fostering a supportive atmosphere for both patients and their families.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient health conditions and document findings accurately.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients’ responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including observations and interventions.
  • Assist in emergency medical situations, providing life-saving procedures when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and facility policies in patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
  • Advocate for patient health and wellbeing by providing empathetic and patient-centered care.
  • Lead and participate in health improvement projects and nursing audits within the facility.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
  • Associate's degree in Nursing; BSN preferred for diverse clinical knowledge.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced healthcare environments.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare documentation systems.
