Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, delivering health education, and supporting patients' well-being at all times. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to all patients and adhere to clinical guidelines.
  • Monitor patient conditions, record observations, and maintain accurate health records.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about healthcare management and treatment methods.
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively to ensure patient safety.
  • Assist in the examination and assessment of patients' health status upon admission.
  • Operate medical equipment and ensure it functions safely and correctly.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of infection control protocols.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Support patient rehabilitation and discharge planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to keep up with nursing standards.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records and medical equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
