We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our company’s staffing needs. As a Recruitment Officer, you will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring requirements, craft strategic recruitment plans, and execute them effectively. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaboratively identify and understand departmental staffing needs and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of potential candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Manage job postings and maintain accurate recruitment databases and records.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities and recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on effective recruitment practices.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain diverse candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as a representative of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases is preferred.
