  • Provide recruitment guidance and advice to clients and candidates as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and databases to manage candidate information efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate and select top talent.
