Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and Onboarding Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in attracting and integrating top talent into our organization. As the Recruitment and Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and creating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop robust recruitment strategies while ensuring that the candidate experience is positive and reflective of our company culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment and talent acquisition plans for the organization.
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and prioritize hiring needs and skills requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  • Implement and manage effective candidate screening and assessment processes.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program to support new hires.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during recruitment processes.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and onboarding practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in recruitment and onboarding functions.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage recruitment projects and teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS software is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
