As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in our design and construction projects, from concept to completion. This position involves both creative and technical abilities, requiring you to design innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and public buildings while ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. Your work will encompass a full range of architectural duties such as creating detailed drawings, working closely with clients to understand their needs, selecting suitable materials, and ensuring compliance with regulations and codes. You will also collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and government officials, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As an Architect, you are expected to have a strong eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt designs based on project feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual design ideas into detailed project proposals and blueprints.
• Work closely with clients to identify needs and architectural preferences.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to integrate technical and structural elements.
• Ensure that all architectural works comply with necessary building regulations and codes.
• Oversee the construction progress to ensure the project aligns with design expectations.
• Create and present digital and physical models to support project presentations.
• Engage with contractors and builders regarding practical aspects of blueprint implementation.
• Research and apply sustainable design principles for environmentally friendly projects.
• Revise plans to address any issues arising during the design and construction phases.
• Prepare project budgets and schedules, and conduct cost analysis to optimize resources.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and technological advancements.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance and support on complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least five years of experience in architectural design and construction projects.
• Proficiency in architecture software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Registered Architect license, or ability to quickly obtain licensure is preferred.
