Job Summary
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Sales Coordinator to support sales team and ensure efficient day-to-day operations across sales, customer service, and administrative activities. Candidate should possess strong communication skills and capability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing Quotation, Reports, processing orders, and maintaining client databases.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.
  • Oversee the order fulfilment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients—responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; gather feedback to help improve service quality and sales processes.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and monitor sales performance metrics and assist in analyzing sales trends.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, customer engagement, and team productivity.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records including sales contracts, reports, and related documentation.
  • Manage CRM updates, office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office support tasks.
  • Organize team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Support internal communication across sales, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role is an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based, full-time role.
  • Standard business working hours.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
