We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing a warm and welcoming presence for all visitors, clients, and staff members. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the front desk.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and callers in a friendly manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary materials.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings and create a daily schedule for meetings.
  • Ensure security by following procedures and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Handle basic inquiries and solve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with facility management for any repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Prepare correspondence and documentations related to office tasks.
  • Support other departments with special tasks or projects as required.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Professional attitude and appearance with a customer-focused approach.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or diploma in office administration or related field.
