Job Description: Real Estate Sales

We are seeking driven, customer-focused Real Estate Sales to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about real estate and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

As a Sales, you will be responsible for generating leads, recruiting new agents, securing listings, achieving sales targets, engaging in social media, supporting the team, and maintaining consistent attendance.

We offer a highly competitive personal commission structure of up to 87.8%, along with an additional Team Bonus of up to 7% for those who build and lead their own teams, giving you one of the highest earning potentials in the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Generate New Active Leads: Proactively source and qualify potential buyers/renters through referrals, online inquiries, site visits, calls, and more.
  • Social Media Engagement: Boost personal and brand visibility by sharing engaging content (e.g., property listings, client testimonials, open houses, daily activities).
  • Recruitment & Hiring:Actively contribute to the recruitment of new sales agents or independent consultants, supporting the growth and strength of the sales team.
  • New Property Listings: Continuously source and list new properties across major platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide support through mentoring, cross-team collaboration, and training.
  • Attendance: Consistently attend team meetings, training sessions, client appointments, and maintain regular presence in the office.

Job requirements:

  • Prior experience in Dubai real estate sales is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English,Chinese,Russian, Turkish,Hindi language is a plus)
  • Well-organized , proactive and highly motivated individual
  •  Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  •  UAE driver’s license preferred
  •  Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage

· We  provides customer with one-stop real estate investment services: control investment buying and selling transaction time points , control capital flow in the transaction process , free rental of subsequent real estate for 10 years(non custodial)

· The company provides customers with family gift package supporting services: identification processing (golden visa ID), company registration, bank account opening , children’s education planning, vehicle purchase, driver and nanny. etc
