Stay current with economic trends and legislation affecting the real estate industry to advise clients.
Maintain records of real estate transactions, correspondence, and client communications meticulously.
Requirements
Possession of a valid and active real estate broker's license is mandatory.
Proven work experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar position in the industry.
Demonstrated success in real estate transactions and a track record of meeting client expectations.
Strong knowledge of property management and real estate market dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
Proficient in using real estate software, CRM tools, and online listing platforms.
