  • Analyze client financial status for suitability with property purchases and loans.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate broker’s license with active registration in the state of operation.
  • Proven experience as a real estate broker or in a related sales position.
  • Deep understanding of the local and national real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing transactions.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
