Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate and conduct employee training programs and workshops to enhance skills.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and functional Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Develop strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts and promote a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in HR practices.
  • Foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture that values diversity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management or recruitment positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and recruitment software tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives effectively.
