Requirements

  • A valid license to practice as a Real Estate Agent in the state.
  • Proven experience working as a Real Estate Agent or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and current trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
  • Ability to work independently while being a proactive team member.
  • Familiarity with real estate management software and databases.
  • Flexible working hours and ability to work weekends as needed.
