Requirements

  • Valid real estate agent license as required in the state or region.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property values.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
