💼 Key Responsibilities:-
🔹Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents.
🔹Set and track team sales goals to drive performance.
🔹Assist agents in sourcing, negotiating, and closing property deals.
🔹Build and maintain strong client relationships.
🔹Prepare and present team performance reports to management.

✅ Requirements:-
🔹Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate. (sales or team leadership)
🔹Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
🔹Proven track record in team performance and achieving sales targets.
🔹Knowledge of local property markets is a strong advantage.
🔹Arab nationality preferred.
🔹Fluent in English. (Arabic is a plus)
