Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior design projects
- Cost estimation and project budgeting
- Contract preparation and management
- Subcontractor handling and coordination
- Site coordination and progress monitoring
- Preparation of project reports
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within interior design and fit-out firms in Dubai
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, costing, and contract management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
