Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Strong expertise in steel structure projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills for financial assessments.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
