  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in best practices.
  • Coordinate the post-project evaluation to understand success factors and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in project management roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management software and various productivity tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
