With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice new luxurious Venetian-Inspired Waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our onsite Supervision team based at (Dubai).

As QA/QC Manager you will be reporting to Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems in accordance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure products/services meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

Establish and manage the quality control process to monitor and verify the quality of materials, processes, and products at every stage of production.

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of processes, operations, and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to eliminate defects and inefficiencies Supervise QA/QC team members and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of quality tasks Train and mentor team members on quality management practices, procedures, and tools.

Provide support and guidance in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing solutions.

Prepare detailed quality reports, including inspections, audit results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions taken.

Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, testing, and compliance documents.

Document any deviations from quality standards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.

Investigate quality issues or non-conformance incidents, determining the root cause and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Track and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in QA/QC roles with at least 5 years in a consultant firm in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, international standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
