We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the real estate industry. The incumbent will play a pivotal part in the growth of the organization by selling property units, understanding client requirements, providing demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures.

In this role, you will:

Property Sales

  • Sale of residential and commercial property from company inventory
  • Conduct property showings, provide information and negotiate offers on behalf of clients

Understanding Client Requirements

  • Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
  • Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities

Lead Generation

  • Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities

Market Analysis

  • Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information

Managing Client Relationships

  • Ensure that clients are well-informed about relevant property units, including their features, benefits, and pricing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to stay updated on evolving changes in their property requirements and provide ongoing support

Demonstration and Site Visits:

  • Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment

Deal Closure

  • Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ideally, possess a minimum of 2 year of experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem- solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Exhibits a strong passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
