Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will be the specialist in managing property transactions and dealing with clients who are looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. Your expertise will help guide clients through the complex property market, providing insights into current market trends and helping them make informed decisions. Responsibilities

  • Prepare necessary documentation and contracts for property transactions.

  • Promote sales through innovative marketing techniques and social media channels.
  • Attend property-related networking events to expand contact lists and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory property requirements and guidelines.
  • Provide feedback and reports on property performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of properties and clients efficiently to maximize returns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adequate knowledge of property-related financial and legal procedures.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a high level of resilience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple property portfolios efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with real estate CRM software.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A valid real estate broker’s license in the area of practice is preferred.
