Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic and highly motivated Telesales Specialist to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our revenue generation by driving sales over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals and accounts by engaging with potential clients and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, perseverance, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales calls and introduce products to prospective clients daily.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns.
  • Listen to the customers’ requirements to present suitable product solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the customer relationship management system.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new markets.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences.
  • Build and maintain a professional relationship with customers to enhance future sales.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practice techniques to enhance the team's output.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Ability to learn about products and services quickly and explain them clearly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve concerns quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and high ambition to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
