Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions and helping clients make informed property-related decisions. You will leverage your deep understanding of the real estate market to provide professional advice and support to clients during property purchases, sales, and rental negotiations. Your core objective is to guide clients through the entire property acquisition process, ensuring that they make the best choice possible. Delivering exceptional client service, maintaining current market knowledge, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism are essential for success in this role. Working collaboratively with real estate agencies, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, you will work to maximize outcomes and uphold the company's standards.


Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess their specific real estate objectives and needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify property options meeting client criteria.
  • Facilitate property viewings and negotiate terms on behalf of prospective buyers or lessees.
  • Prepare market analysis reports to provide clients with competitive property insights.
  • Coordinate with legal teams and financial entities to assist clients in closing transactions.
  • Develop and maintain a network of property owners, mortgage lenders, and industry contacts.
  • Keep abreast of current industry trends, property laws, and economic developments.
  • Assist clients in preparing necessary paperwork and legal documents for transactions.
  • Deliver ongoing support and advice throughout the property acquisition process.
  • Participate in networking events and real estate conferences to expand industry knowledge.
  • Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Ensure all dealings are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property consultancy or real estate sales/brokerage is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of local property markets and contemporary real estate practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in all dealings.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM software and property management tools is preferred.
