As the Project Support Analyst - Recruitment Technology (12 Months Fixed Term Contract), you will provide operational and technical project support for two critical recruitment initiatives: the implementation of HireVue AI assessments for volume roles, and the development of the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) solution as part of the Masar rollout. You will also support configuration, testing, adoption, and cross-functional integration—enabling the successful delivery of strategic hiring capabilities across the Emirates Group.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support the end-to-end configuration and implementation of HireVue AI assessments, including question design, scoring calibration, and pilot execution.
  • Collaborate with the Avature CRM workstream to develop persona-based workflows, candidate engagement strategies, and user testing protocols.
  • Partner with Recruitment, HR Tech, IT, and vendors (HireVue and Avature) to resolve issues, manage technical integrations, and ensure data consistency across platforms.
  • Coordinate training and adoption plans for recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring effective usage of both systems. Assist with governance documentation and support audit readiness for both systems.
  • Develop UAT documentation, project dashboards, and performance reports to track milestones and support stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct external benchmarking and knowledge-sharing sessions with global Avature clients and CRM experts to inform best-practice design.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruitment & Selection, Recruitment Operations, HR technology or talent acquisition research.

You Will Have An Edge, If You Have

  • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms, preferably Avature, and familiarity with video assessment tools such as HireVue
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and keen attention to detail
  • An analytical, structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in engaging cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
