Overview
With a range of exciting projects arising, we are looking to speak to Vestas Project Supervisors to join the following projects:
- Commissioning
Location: EU
CTV based
HSE Responsibilities
- Following health, safety and environmental policies, procedures, and instructions
- Reporting any hazards or failings in safety procedures
- Taking reasonable care of their own HSE compliance
- Strive to improve HSE both personally and for the business.
- Promote HSEQ aspects across project delivery
- Joining morning pre task brief
- capturing all Serial numbers (new and old) in an overview, excel
- upload all serial number forms (same form as used in FLUIX but paper copy)
- Check all AWPs, TPTBs and other documentation on a daily basis and archive also inform the team of quality issues
- Monitor radio throughout the day
- Timesheets: At this point in time the gents cannot register hours just yet, all hours are to be captured in timesheets. You need to ensure everyone has sent the needed timesheets, check them (correct number of hours, SO numbers etc) and upload them
- Control the work centre and storage location that is communicated by the service supervisors. Service Orders must have correct parts consumption, the defect returns must happen on a daily basis.
- Communicate on a daily basis via email (in a structured) and timely manner what the next location is for your team on Norther, depending on their progress. Which technicians will be joining, depending on the projects resource planning.
- Tackle any issues that arise in the field (technical, tooling, or other) in due time (The service team should be able to support when needed) before we have any showstoppers.
- Ensure your team offshore is communicating any issues, damages or other on a daily basis. This task can bring collateral damage, this should be communicated via mail to the service supervisors so this can be captured and planned on our end.
- REPORT any HSE issues (dropped objects, external spills, incidents). Your team needs to report any issues to you. Your next step is to draft a mail with all necessary info (who what where why etc) to
