Role Purpose

Manage all planning related aspects in assigned project(s) and ensure that the organizations’ PCs standards  are  being  implemented  in  addition  to  performing  assigned  supporting  tasks  across  the organization profile whenever requested from PCs department

Key Accountabilities
  • Advise and propose in the project’s overall strategic plan in terms of zoning, system, crews, work flow … 
  • Prepare, guide and review of Baseline Master Programmes submission process in line of contract requirements and department’s standards. 
  • Initiate and guide reporting system mechanism -internally and externally- in terms of contents, related key templates, appropriate KPIs, weighting systems and data gathering system /process 
  • Oversee and review reporting outputs -internally and externally- and advise on critical activities, pitfalls and associated corrective actions incl. recovery measures and programs 
  • Ensure planning and project data /documents filing system is being maintained in an adequate manner 
  • Prepare / Review delay analysis, extension of time claims & handling negotiations meetings 
  • Ensure contractual related planning issues are well addressed and tracked w client /consultant as 
    well as subcontractor 
  • Track engineering progress vs planned dates as well as procurement of packages and key 
    material deliveries 
  • Coordinate with Cost Control team for related cost reports data and output  
  • Provide data of in-house manpower and Cash Flow plans for the company profile planning 
  • purposes 
  • Prepare,  guide  and  review  of  Tender  Programmes,  overall  estimates  and  construction methodologies 
  • Help generate company management assets, manuals and training programs 
  • Provide planning technical guidance through presentations to planning and site teams as well 
    Ensure that all established HSE & Quality policies are administered and enforced in all areas. 
    Report all violations and resolved on time 
  • Effective implementation of HSE Management system as per HSE procedures 
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering field
  • 10+ years’ experience in the domain of project management, project control, planning, and 
    estimation, budgeting and cost control; with at least 3 years in cost control, 3 years in planning and 2 years in a managerial position
  • Hold PMP / PSP / CCE 
  • Excellent knowledge in planning/cost control techniques, methods, systems, standards and software. 
  • Competent with Primavera P6  
  • Industry Certifications in Project Management and Project Controls Computer literate.
