Project Manager (Kepware Software) (225-725)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee projects involving Kepware software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial automation and a proven track record of managing complex software projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that meet or exceed customer expectations, ensure on-time delivery, and adhere to budgetary constraints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and support to ensure smooth project execution. Your leadership will help drive the successful adoption and implementation of Kepware products in various industries, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Kepware software projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks in projects and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project goals.
• Facilitate meetings and project status reviews with both internal teams and clients.
• Ensure quality assurance and control processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support the sales team in project scoping and resource planning for new projects.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools for greater efficiency.
• Foster a team-oriented work environment to achieve collaborative project success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects utilizing Kepware software in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and communications protocols is essential.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
• Strong communication skills for effective presentation and report writing.
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying potential project challenges.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training is highly desirable.
